We're excited to be able to ship our ornaments to our wonderful customers all over the world. However, with the high cost of shipping, and the handling of our packages outside the United States, Personalizedfree.com is not responsible for any duties or lost packages. Even though we are very careful with our packaging, we cannot be responsible for damaged product as well.

Additional shipping charges are also necessary for international destinations. This includes all packages to Canada as the USPS just recently increased their rates by more than double. We will notify you via email what the exact charge was when your order is ready to ship and it is weighed.

All international shipments will ship First Class International. Your credit card will be charged in the amount quoted to us by the US Post Office above the $5.95 already paid for shipping. In general, international packages are usually an additional $11 for a one-pound package (about four ornaments). Canadian orders are typically an additional $5 above the $5.95 shipping charge for a one-pound package. All international orders (including Canada) over $60 do not qualify for our Free Shipping promotion.

Normal delivery time for international packages is 6-10 days. This is just an estimate, as each country is different. Canadian orders in 2012 ranged anywhere from 1-3 weeks for delivery.
